Open Streets Detroit seeks program partners who can create family-friendly participatory activities focused on Health & Wellness and Arts & Culture. Examples of Health & Wellness Activities include: yoga, dancing, zumba, meditation, and tai chi. Examples of Arts & Culture include: face painting, street-chalking, music, and letter-press. All activities must include some participatory element that gets people active. We are not looking for people and/or organizations that merely disseminate information. However, if you would like your organization to have a presence during Open Streets Detroit but are not explicitly Health & Wellness or Arts & Culture related, simply add a fun twist (such as Cornhole or bubbles) to your booth.
